Holy Yoga is a practice with a spiritual intention to connect with God with body, mind, and spirit. All levels and beginners welcome. We will incorporate breath and movement, as we ground ourselves in scripture and celebration of new life and hope! You will leave with tools to continue this practice at home, and opportunity to attend Mitzi’s regular class!
